Nice place with a lot of beautiful nature around it. I tried their homemade hunter's beans and it was delicious.

Just stayed in the house for rent right beside Jankovac restaurant, they offer a house which can sleep up to 6 people (two double sofa beds & two single beds). The house itself is beautiful, very picturesque, stone house with wooden beams. The house comes with two bathrooms, one with shower, fully equipped kitchen, tv with satellite, towels, washing up liquid , hand soap & toilet paper (so u don't need to bring those things 😉)
The surrounding area is nothing short of spectacular! Absolutely stunning!
Why I didn't give 5 stars? Opposite the front door of the rented house is another company 'Park Priode'. On my first morning I opened the front door to be greeted by one of their staff, a middle aged bald man who was shouting aggressively at me about where my car was parked (let it be known that when I arrived there was two other staff members who had no problem with where I parkedbeside 4 other cars outside my rented house, there was over a hundred cars parked around the house, there isn't any signs for 'no parking' ) This man then followed me & my children to the playground & proceeded, without any provocation, to verbally attack both myself & my children in Croatian. Eventually the police were called, the police man & afterwards the staff at Jancovac all told me it's not the first time this man has verbally attacked tourists, so be warned, this is not a safe or peaceful place stay.
A day visit is definitely worth it, but due to the unpredictable & aggressive man lurking outside the house I do not recommend staying here at all.response / report this review -

Loving this place. Untouched piece of paradise right in the midst of Papuk mountain and nature park. I was very delighted and surprised when I first came here. Would gladly recommend!

If you enjoy in true nature, especially with family, this is place you should visit. Ako uživate u pravoj prirodi, posebno s obitelji, ovo je jedno od mjesta koje bi trebali posjetiti.
