This place has great potential. It's quite out dated but was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and pulled together some good service to accommodate a flight load of people who had had their flight cancelled. Can't fault the place other than it's like going back in time and it's rather shabby.

Poor value for money.
Place looks tired and is in dear need of renovation. At €130 a night in a 3 star hotel, basic standards are expected.

The positives: the friendly staff, the location (very near one of the best beaches in Pula but far from city centre), the peaceful surroundings (hammocks in wooded area), the bar by the pool and the pool.

The negatives: the AC was more of a fan blowing faintly and gave no signs of cooling down the room, there was no fridge in the room and at temperatures reaching 40°C combined with the tap water not getting too cold it's been uncomfortable staying in the room. The water from the shower constantly fluctuated from too hot to too cold. The furniture looks cheap and old and the rooms were somewhat dirty - especially the bathroom. Breakfast was good but on a first come first served basis and at 9am most food items were depleted and not being refilled; we rarely saw fruit on offer. There was no shuttle service on offer, rather taxi booking and buses stop running around 11pm.

Nice hotel. Good food, good pool scene. Bar ok value for money. Air conditioning I rooms rubbish, far too hot in august. And our bed was broken on arrival (easily fixed it ourselves). About a 30 minute walk into town. Small pebbly beach less than 5 minutes away. Bar area and hill.iut area in the trees lovely.

Great hotel. Their rooms are very clean. Pool is big terrace is very nice. they also have playground for kids.

Horrible hotel. Mold in bathroom, smell in bathroom, sheets too short for the beds. Too much people for not enough (bad) food as dinner.breakfast is ok. At night (tuesday, Thursday and Saturday loud music outside at pool. Couldn't Sleep until 00.30h. a bit cheaper, but certainly NOT worth it!

A nice place to stay, not far from a public beach area and nice views of the ocean.
Breakfast was very good.
The fitness center and wifi are extra.
The facilities are good, but minor things need attention. I have double windows that open up, but the paint is very old and the caulking is falling out. My shower head holder is broken, allowing the shower head to fall in the tub - watch your toes!
