The room we had could be possibly the worst room in the hotel.The bed was broken ,the duvet smelled like a pee.The balcony door could not be shut properly.And the toilet was dirty.Food was ok-ish, staff was nice , the only ones who deserve the stars.

We have reserved a room in hotel Laguna but they tried to move us in hotel Labineca. They said that room that we booked is "sold" and "reserved". They offered us a room in Laguna but without air condition and balcony. After 45 min. fighting they gave us the room we had paid for.

Hotel Laguna dzieli sie na kilka poszczegolnych budynków. Laguna B oferuje totalna biede niezaslugujac wogole na ** gwiazdki co najwyzej to z wielkim minusem jezeli chodzi o zakwaterowanie mianowocie.
Pokoje wygladaja doslownie z lat 70 tych kiedy je budowano drzwi okna sciany firany lazienka.
W pokoju nie ma telewizora i najwazniejsze LODÓWKI!!! Co jest totalnym nieporozumieniem w tej czesci kraju.
Balkon w widokiem na piekne morze ktore przyslania piekne jakies drzewo przez ktore nic nie widac.
Lozka w pokoj nie sa z lat 70tych ale wymagaja wymiany sprezyny strzelaja jednym slowem dowalone
Klima oczywoscie w tych obiektach jest zadkoscia takze w sezonie lepiej spac pod prysznicem inaczej jest jak w piekarniku.
Teraz.cos z plusow;
Bardzo blisko do morza doslownie kilka metrow.
Reczniki codziennie wymieniane ale zeby byla taka mozliwosc trzeba nie zapomnic je rzucic na podloge w innym przypadku zostana one nie wymienione
Jadalnia stolowka zasluguje na plus jedzenie dobre swieze w postaci szwedzkiego stolu mozna na prawde dobrze i duzo zjesc

Bedac na wczasach z wyzywieniem HB sniadanie obiadokolacja rano do posilkow kawa badz herbata a do obiadokolacji napoju brak jakiegokolwiek! Trzeba samemu kupic sobie na terenie stolowki by moc zapic posilek

Jadac tutaj trzeba zabrac ze soba worek pieniedzy na napoje lodowke przenosna ktora poradzi sobie z upalami ponad 30 stopni oraz wentylator przenosny do pokoju by przespac jakos noc
Ogolnie okolica ladna spokojna ale bardzo droga

Local residents told me this story:
"In the whole Croatia, Lidl foodstore has the same prices in all their stores. Due to the remote region, the prices here are different, lower.." This is true for almost all stores and services. In short one of the cheapest part of Croatia's shore. Near to Makarska riviera, in the middle between Dubrovnik and Split thus isolated but not much crowded as Makarska riviera. Very clean water. Behind the shore are the mountains Velebit huge steepy hills with astonishing overview of Italy, BIH, Croatia, Ptuj from the top of the St. Ilja hill. Elevation almost 1000m hikers friendly but hard tourist chalenge. Take care on venomous snakes from August to September.
To Hotel is underestimated as ** (two stars comfy) i whould give more. Here are two types of accomodations. One is main hotel Laguna with climatized rooms, and depandance A and B are cheaper options without climatization. Main hotel is renewed last year, while the depandance A and B are older. Both are Concrete reinforced structures with little past regime artistic residues in the entrance hall but otherwise modern. There are also rooms with bath in main hotel!! Not only showers, for the half price from concurence. Very good kitchen, clean and also with the outdoor dinning area (not standard here many offering sweden tables but u eat in overheated dining rooms which are jeated pasively with gas heaters for keeping the food warm) very comfortable lunch. Much activities for children, including animation exercises, playground, shallow water (for free), water park, game rooms, tenis, watersports (payment required). Private food store next to the hotel, many restaurants are standard here.
Hotel is offering also trips to nearby places as Dubrovnik (Unesco heritage), Split (big Marine aquarium), also trips to nearby BIH (Bosna and Hercegovina county) mainly Medzugorie (st. Maria miracleous view place), and many natural park trips, also nearby coastal trips with ships are cheap.
Sea water is more salty then obvious but has been claimed positive for woman reproductional organs.response / report this review -

Добрый день начнём с того что это отель две звезды и претензии по поводу были крошки на полу в холле вообще не буду обсуждать .Номер довольно уютный с балконом если повезёт с видом на море если нет на горы единственный минус одна розетка ,ванна чистая без плесени есть полотенца и мыло ,уборка каждый день по мелочам .Питание довольно на уровне голодным точно не останется никто скажу так еды много ,форма подачи буфет один минус мало рыбы но это понятно потому что заезд состоит из чехов,словаков и.т.д. они рыбу не очень жалуют . В общем отель тянет на 3 звезды а питание может позавидовать даже отель на 4 звезды .Пляж галька широкий и длинный море чистое но хотелось больше живности в нем .Развлечение как и везде в Хорватии .
