Lovely hotel, great location on the beach lovely pool. Our room overlooked both pool and beach. Easy walk to the old town centre.

Ah, people working there are not guest oriented and you do not get value for money. A lady working at the reception desk has no flexibility or vilingnes even to start to think to help the guest. :(

Even though we booked our rooms already 4 months ahead, with a special request to prepare an extra bed for our 3-year old, we were told 10 days before our arrival, that the "service of an extra bed is out of order". So we called up to ask, how this is possible and all of a sudden we were told, that the rooms are too small for an additional bed and they didn't allow us, to sleep with our baby and toddler in one bed room (even though when we booked the room there was mentioned, that there is space for only 1 extra bed and additional fees may be charged). Well the lady on the phone didn't mention anything about extra fees (which of course we would have paid). Her "solution" was, that we should cancel the room, if we don't agree on their terms. Due to this very poor customer service we are more than pleased to be still able to cancel and we will for sure never ever book any of your rooms again.

Good location, reasonable price, rooms are nice and clean. Food options were a little limited, after the restaurant closed the best I got from the staff when I asked about takeaway/delivery was "there's a McDonald's 5 minutes that way", but perhaps it's just Zadar not having enough options.

Clean, modern but smaller rooms. Breakfast is relative wide range of choice. Price of room is a bit high but covers parking.
