If you are used to Balearic Island or Canary Islands standard you will be drastically disappointed by this place. Despite of large hotel complex the main issue is customer approach. The hotel is barely two stars and would rather say "Croatian rating two stars". Hotel has been renovated recently - hard to imagine how it had to look like before considering current state. No air conditioning in rooms - might be fine in Sep but in summer months definitely big issue. If you are planning to stay here (good price) please do not go for All-Inclusive option as at hotel you will be informed that they have All-Inclusive light only. It means that you are entitled for meals, only from restaurant at serving times only. Breakfast 7-9, Dinner 12-2pm, supper 19-21. For anything between you have to pay. Beach bar, All-inclusive bar is usually closed, once is open you have to pay for anything. Only reception bar runs 24/h but still not included in all-inclusive package. Wi-Fi free at reception - but please get roaming package unless you want to wait 10 minutes to open google page. Hotel does not provide any entertainment at all, it is worse than God's waiting home. Not even music during meals not considering any pool, theatre attractions. Food is eatable but only to survive rather than enjoy. Breakfast are the worst as it is the same every day - few lunch meat, boiled eggs, sausages or scramble eggs. Bacon was served twice during our two weeks stay and it tasted like chewing gum. Non-alcoholic drinks
(cola, water, ice tea, ex-orange tastes worse than flavoured waters, Tea often available only at breakfast time. Dinners are a bit better as yo can have a beer, two choices of wine and Aniseed hooch additionally. The best are suppers as twice we had a chance to have ice creams. The machines are usually guarded by staff to prevent non - all-inclusive light client to get it. Many times, they locked up taps even before closing time and we had to ask to get it poured. Very bad customer approach. We felt there more like intruders hunting for food. One exception were very tasty soups and cakes. Qualifies only for people with very low demands and as hotel with no attractions.
Gratefully opposite road there is Konzum store with reasonable prices if you want anything between meals. Worth visit Croatia as it is beautiful place but please do not waste money atPort 9-(old Bon Repos). It is worth to invest bit more elsewhere to have quality time or choose full board option alternative only. Unfortunately, many travel agents - like in our case (Balkan Holidays) do not disclose information that This hotel have all-inclusive in version light. Still you need to pay for full version unconsciously based on information provided. Be wary and read reviews as we ignored few bad opinions regards this hotel which ended up badly.

Very clean & modern accommodation. Some teething problems need ironing out as this was first season open I believe. Nothing major though. Beautiful location. Friendly and helpful staff.

We wanted a quiet relaxing holiday and that's exactly what we got. We booked half board and found that to be more than enough as we ate out most evenings in some fantastic restaurants. We found the staff very helpful and friendly the language not a problem. The food was fine, not the greatest but more than adequate for our needs. A lovely place, lovely people and the relaxing break we needed.

Very good idea of the resort.but not so good service. Cosy rooms, amazing pool view, friendly stuff, not so good house keeping. It looks like they try to safe money on wrong places like educated staf etc.

Cool catching a boat straight to the hotel. Very close to the sea which has an inflatable aqua Park that is good fun and relatively cheap. Plentiful food, but a poor selection for vegetarians. Drinks were a little expensive, particularly bottled water. Cocktails disappointing. Rooms were clean and a reasonable size. (We had a junior suite.) Decent balcony too. Nice bathroom with toiletries. Whole place smelt a bit of drains. Pool is nice, but cold, and too small for the size of the hotel. Also didn't have a deep end, so no good for diving /jumping in.
