Incredible hotel right in the center of town. Highlight of our honeymoon, the room was spacious, modern and luxurious. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient. Parking can be a bit of a production as no cars are allowed in the old Town but they were quite helpful and there is private parking near the gate to town.

Fine in view, room facilities, good hospitality and cool breakfast. But this is my first time checked in
There are some bad smell come up from the drain pipe in the toilet when I asked for room changing, the officer helped us immediately which is so much help. Thanks and recomended!!

We didn't stay at the hotel so can't comment on that but we had the most lovely lunch in the restaurant. The olive oil was some of the best we have ever had. Wine was excellent. Main course was perfect. Dessert was the perfect ending. We plan to return on our next visit to Rovinj.

We had the most delicious & healthy breakfast on the terrace and the service was exquisite. The beet juice was an unusual healthy offering!

Fantastic located hotel right on the main square and directly to the old harbour. Primary the only place in town to get breakfast. Nicely breakfast card, locally and internationally, also possible to get a vegetarian breakfast. Polite and international speaking staff, free WiFi. Price level fair.

Average food, terrible service.

Came for lunch as the terrace and place looked quite nice. I ordered a roastbeef sandwich that came soggy and pretty tasteless. When we wanted to pay, we waited about 25 minutes to pay for the bill and there was no waiter to be seen during the whole lunch, we only saw the waiter twice. When we ordered and when we got the food.

The location of perfect to experience all of the old town of Rovinj. The concierge and the staff of the entire hotel are wonderful. We used the free bikes and use the pool at the other hotels they own, and heading to the beach just a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel has good location, structure and spacious rooms. But services and rooms cleaness does not come closer to five nor four star hotels. Staffs were not professional nor friendly. Dinner reservation request made early in the morning to hotel was not made nor notified. Hotel calls the restaurant when we asked for confirmation right before we headed to the restaurant for dinner and says no table. Unbelievable! we did not have good stays. For a high end hotel, their services were not even closer of being one.

Horrible service in the morningthe staff was super unfriendly and instead of not showing up for taking the order for more than 20minutesa waitress just told us super unfriendly that he will not serve us because we moved the table and that needs to be on one linei dont want to know how it is in high season!

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms. Only downside is the dilapidated building next to it, which destroys the nice view a bit.

Hotel is awesome! Amazing interior of the entire hotel, stuff is super kind, comfortable beds, very clean, food is very, very good. Great quality, I am really impressed with everythhing there. I will be back this summer.
