  Kastav je gradić u zapadnom dijelu Primorsko-goranske županije, u neposrednoj blizini Rijeke i Opatije. Iako u zemljopisnom smislu pripada Istri, danas je Kastav de facto predgrađe Rijeke. Grozni kruzni tokovi, zguzvano cvijece.

  Kastav is one of the most beautiful towns in the region. It's a mid century town with a lot of history. It's on the top of the hill so you have the most beautiful view over the Kvarner bay. Narrow, beautiful streets, artist's studios, cats and the forest with horses nearby, right at the end of the main road, are a big attraction. You have great bars and two GREAT restaurants in center of Kastav.
