This hotel is amazing! The service is excellent, the people very friendly. The Spa is very nice and there is also a black spa with more privacy. It is meant for relaxation. Sitting outside is also very well organized and the personell is very careful to the needs of the guests. Top!

If you have black or yellow skin. Do not go there.
They will give you worst treat. All outside balcony seats in the restaurant. But only inside seat for yellow or black skin.response / report this review -

One of the best hotels I've ever been to.
Helpful, polite, friendly staff.
Superb food.
Amazing, spacious, clean rooms.
Huge pool area, saunas, hamam, whatever you want, it's in there.
Must visit!

F A N T A S T I C ! - We enjoyed our stay at Falkesteiner so much. The staff was super friendly and accommodating - we have never felt so welcome in a hotel of this scale, this type of service makes a huge difference. Spa is wonderful, amazing pools half in the open air and half indoors - so awesome! Food in the spa was delicious, we were particularly impressed with breakfast. Great parking facilities. We had an amazing stay and we are super grateful to Falkesteiner and their staff for it.
The only lowlight was that there were loads of mosquitoes in our first dinner at the steakhouse restaurant, we had to keep our wines covered with napkins and it was a bit uncomfortable.response / report this review -

Great see view from room, with all facilities you need. Spa was great. Staff friendly and attentive throughout our time at the hotel. Recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Sounds like a five-star resort, but the restaurant management was quite not friendly. We had confirmed seating before we arrived but when we arrived from a long day travel, the restaurant manager refused to offer the seating we had confirmed to us. The final wording the manager spoke to us after ten- minutes argument was: you can take the seats that I offered or you can leave!
What a non- professional manner treating customers! We felt we were insulted and discriminated!
The general manager, Mr. Felix Von Bodman finally came out to handle the conflicting situation. He apologized for the improper manner of the restaurant manager, and kindly made seating arrangement for us.
I sincerely wish they could improve customer service training to meet the five-star standards.response / report this review -

We had a nice couple of days at the resort and the apartment was very nice. Amenities in the room were basic which was a bit of a shame but the resort pools and restaurants were very nice

The spa is so incredible. We visited as day guests and were blown away. It was very quiet so pretty much had the place to ourselves but they were still very professionally staffed. Highly recommend a visit.

I stayed few times in Iadrea and its one of best hotels and spa in this region. I celecrate New Year 2016 in Iadera and it was supreme experience. I will definitely come back again.

This is an amaising hotel. Beautifull rooms. Superb food quality and original interieur design. The black hamann is the most exclusive spa i ever visited.

This is one of the best hotels I know, it has a very nice design, everything matches.
The staff is very friendly you can ask them almost anything.
Dinner is very cheap (25 euro's) for 4-5 courses and a big buffet.
Nice pools, not to crowded,
