Nice hotel but the food during lunch and dinner isn't the best. Big slices of pork (bacon?) is more boiled than fried. I ended up going into the city to eat instead.

Great friendly staff that speaks foreign languages. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch was so so. Heated outdoor and indoor pool. Fantastic views from rooms.

Great food for an all inclusive solution.
Super kids animation - poor daily and evening entertainment for adults

Falkensteiner blocked the access to the beach/sea and you can only pass or go to the beach if you pay. Nothing is provided though in the price. Also, the idea of having a private sea is kindof exagerated.

After reading all reviews and seeing the fotos from the hotel, we expected more than what we experienced during our visit.

The condition of the hotel wasn't as good as we expected. Specially the bathroom, where the roof looked cracked and the shower doors where broken.

However we where surprised by the restaurant, it's only one and a buffet. But they managed to have a good variety of food that tasted really good. The service from the staff was very good, all very friendly and helpful.

Also for us it was weird that the all-inclusive stopped at 22:00 hours and all drinks etc are not inluded. We are used with all-inclusive that actually includes EVERYTHING and that work ALL the time. The ice cream in the restaurant is included but not the one in the pool bar, because who likes ice cream close to the pool area?

Falky land, the small area for kids was good, the animators worked hard to entertain the kids. Our daughter liked to go there a lot.

I didn't sleep there and I didn't pay anything but the free swimming pool (easily accessible by the left side or even by the beach entrance) is awesome!
Once in the swimming pool, the water is just perfectly warm, even on the outside part.
I frankly thank them a lot not to mind too much about strangers 😏
Go on guys, they like seeing strangers in their pool. 😂

Everything was great, except rooms need renovation soon, some food could be better
Very frendly staff, the live performance on Sunday in Tramontana bar was great!
First time in Falkensteiner hotel, and I would definitely like to come again!

Location is nice. Room is basic. Restaurant felt like a noisy cantine. No decent vegetarian and vegan options. Juice and orange bar in the morning was nice
Childrens' play area is also very noisy. Staff smokes below guests rooms, where the rooms face the backside and parking lot. Beach is ok, not as rocky as other places. Tennis places are good, but need to be booked way in advance. Pools are clean but very outdated.

A nice park-like garden with pools, green grass and lots of sunchairs. Perfect for families. One inside pool is heated, the outside pools are quite cold. The public beach is just a couple of meters from the garden. If you are not staying at the hotel you can buy tickets for the pools and fitness center at the reception (100-200 kuna per person).
