Very nice place to stay. Even if fully booked not overcrowded. Many water entertainment. Nice swimming pools and bar. Recommand this place.

The apartments are new and nicely furnished. Nothing was broken in our apartment. Aircondition in all bedrooms. To access the area by car, you need a keycard to open the gate, the area feels safe and secure. The beach and pool area that belongs to Falkensteiner Apartments is not open to the public as such, and it's not crowded. Nice pool, build halfway into the sea.

Nice, modern apartments. Helpful staff with very fast response. Beach is very close and not crowded. Water sport options at the beach: parasailing, Banana ride, boat, jetski, Sup renting, Highly recommended place for a holiday!

Ideal place for holiday for younger as well as older people. It's clean and comfortable. The drawback is that even if you choose payment in euro, you will have to pay in Croatian currency. The food in Zanzibar restaurant is quite expensive and not to good, but beer is OK.

+ Apartment in a good location pool and beach reserved for the Apartments. Food at the bar mid range quality. Market just 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Lots of restaurants and 15 minutes walk along the beach. View from the pool area is amazing. Make sure if you want to swim in the sea you have river shoes the rocks are very, very sharp and mossy. Parasailing and jet skis located 2 minutes from the pool area awesome friendly people work there. Boat rentals too but in Croatia you must hold a boat license to rent one. 40 Kuna to go on the sandy beach per adult.
- There should be a book located in the apartment of how to:- for example the water heater and air conditioning system. Change of linens 5 € pp and towels €5 pp. No microwave in the kitchen or coffee pot. Limited utensils. No screens so a few mosquitoes. Staff not friendly at all. The only one who was friendly was the pool attendant. Pool area very, very dangerous. We saw lots of kids slip and fall really hard the wood boards are really slick at the steps going into the pool i did tell the employees at the pool and reported it to the front office too. Was it worth the money No not really.

Wir hatten ein Appartment, das kleinste für 2 Personen. Alles war vorhanden bis auf scharfe Messer CheckIn war sehr schnell, super freundliches Personal, was mich gestört hat ist am Strand dass man am Abend einen schönen spaziergang machen Möchte und man vom Sicherheitspersonal aufgehalten wird, von der selben Hotelkette nicht den Strandabschnitt des Hotel betreten darf! Mit etwas Lügen ( Tisch reserviert im Fish Restaurant ) kommt man dann ohne probleme vorbei

i really hated this apartment, it looked nice on pictures, but the food was discraceful and inedible, the apartment had a lot of weaknesses and was worth maximum half the price. the garden was to walled in mini-areas without gras. the beach was shared (which is okay, but it would be better to go there in another apartment and pay for your spot". all this for a horendous price
the worst was the handling of our complaints: "did you book with tui?" - "yes" - "go to them they responsible". No "sorry" or we try to make it better.response / report this review -
