Izvanredan centar sa vrhunskim stručnjacima.
Nivo usluge i ljubaznost svih zaposlenih doprinosi osjećaju sigurnosti i povjerenja.
Zahtjevni zahvati nikome nisu ugodni ali je čovjeku lakše sve podnijeti kad ste cijenjeni.
Prije dolaska u kliniku Dubravica konsultirali smo najbolje stručnjake iz Zagreba te u Dalmaciji(Split) i Hercegovini(Međugorje).Moramo reći,nakon dosadašnjeg iskustva, da je ovoj klinici osigurana svijetla budućnost.
Nadamo se da ćemo uspjesno riješiti problem zbog kojeg smo došli.Svjesni smo da puno faktora doprinosi uspješnosti zahvata a radujemo se da smo našli ovako dobru ekipu na čelu sa Doktorom Dubravicom.Hvala svima i vidimo seresponse / report this review -

Već duži niz godina zadovoljni sam pacijent i moje odlaženje kod zubara postalo je zaista jedno pozitivno iskustvo! Od ljubaznog osoblja koje je spremno dati i više od kratke, brze informacije do doktora i sestara s kojima sam izgradila duboko povjerenje i prijateljstvo. Svakako preporučam, ali isto tako smatram da su oni vrhunski tim mađioničara toliko dobrih koliko ste i vi sami dobri za sebe i svoje zube! Rješenje uvijek postoji no i savjeti kojih bi se trebalo pridržavati da bi se dentalne higijena održavala sa lakoćom. Svakodnevno preuzimaju dio vlastite odgovornosti za naše zdravlje i to rade jako dobro, sad je red i na nama :) hvala vam! Vi ste pravi "dream team" ;)

Vrijeme je novac, ako sam naručena u određeno vrijeme i kasnite pola sata sa prijemom, užas, pa to se skupo plača. Previše pacijenata, to vam stvara nagomilanost u čekaonici, prije dok ste bili u staroj ordinaciji bili ste bolji. Više ste se posvetili pacijentu, sad ste ko na traci, uzmi lovu i idi van. Ako se naručim kod određenog stomatologa,onda ne mogu doći kod vas kod sasvim drugog stomatologa. Kći mi je imala upalu mesa kod umnjaka, gospodin Dubravica je odmah rekao to treba vadit, na svu sreću nismo ga poslušali već je pomoću lasera zubarica napravila zahvat, i moja kći već četiri godine nema problema sa umnjaka. Najbolje bi očito bilo izvadit sve zube i stavit implatate. Imam dojam da se samo radi o velikoj zaradi, izgubili ste ono nešto što ste prije, dok ste bili mala ordinacija imali.

Byłem z żoną bo miała straszny ból zęba i bez problemu zostaliśmy przyjęci. Obsługa w języku angielskim i niemieckim. Nawet jeśli ktoś nie potrafi nie ma problemu porozumie się po polsku. Polecam w razie konieczności.

Che dire??Sono fantastici, mi sono sentita a casa mia, tutti gentili, profesionisti. Ho finito i lavori ad agosto e mi trovo bene , non ho mai sentito dolori. Alloggio confortevole e giorni di relax. Lo staff straordinario, le dottoresse con le mani d'oro. Ringrazio a tutti, per primo il dottor Dubravica che veramente lo stimo tanto per la sua professionalità e alle mie adorate Marina e dottoressa Ivana. Non mi ricordo il nome di tutti quindi vi ringrazio per tutto quello che avete fatto.

During my vacation in Vodice I had a sudden dental problem. After a couple days of suffering I decided to go there. After comming back from x-ray, the dentist didn't consider to inform me about the results but wanted to start drilling immediately. With the drill basically in my mouth I was able to ask what the results were: "The Tooth". And on my question what they want to do: "Need to open it".
Everything went so fast and I hadn't time to think or consider. Back home it showed that the treatment was unnecessary and the cause for the pain was somewhere else. But due to the treatment the tooth is now dead!!

Währen meines Urlaubs in Vodice bekam ich plötzliche Schmerzen im Mundraum. Nach ein paar Tagen Quälerei entschied ich mich zum Zahnarzt zu gehen. Als ich nach dem Röntgen zum Zahnarzt zurückkam, wollte dieser sofort anfangen zu bohren. Mit dem Bohrer quasi bereits im Mund konnte ich gerade noch fragen was auf den Bildern zu sehen war: "The Tooth". Und was sie machen wollen: "Need to open it".
Alles ging so schnell und mir wurde keine Zeit zum Überlegen gelassen. Zurück in Deutschland stellte sich heraus, dass die Ursache wo anders lag und die Behandlung unnötig war. Da es eine Wurzelbehandlung war, was ich natürlich erst in Deutschland erfuhr, ist der Zahn nun aber tot!response / report this review -

Konnten uns schlecht verständigen. Zahnärztin hat kein Wort deutsch gesprochen. Frau von der Anmeldung ist mit ins Behandlungszimmer und hat versucht, war aber auch sehr schwierig, zu übersetzen.
Behandlung an sich war sehr billig. Optisch von uns als Laie kann man sagen pusch. Hat sich auch bestätigt. Die Füllung ist am zweiten tag zum teil rausgepröckelt und wir mussten in Deutschland deswegen noch mal zur Nachbehandlung. Also noch mal abschleifen und eine Kunststoffbrücke drüber.
