Had a fantastic holiday on a lovely Hanse 345 picked up from Marina Kestella but was very disappointed to be charged £222 for a blocked holding tank, a small piece of plastic bag around the prop and a broken batten. SInce we never put any paper or wipes down the toilet it must have had a problem before we had it. Croatia Yachting claimed they needed to send a diver down to remove a tiny piece of plastic on the prop, which I am quite sure would have worn away without causing any damage. We did break the batten so paying for that was fair enough. So as a result of this we won't be going with them again.
