Received the gold in two days. No any issues with the transaction. Highly recommended. Make sure your payments have order number so the gold that they have on stock is sent same day upon verification. I dont think that there is better service of this type in Croatia. Delivery costs could be little less but the parcel is fully insured so probably this is the reason.

In Mr. Nikola communicates via chat and offers a great price for a gold coin. I arrive at their space at the scheduled time and realize from the profile picture of the chat that it has passed me. After half a minute the gentlemen come out of the other room and invite me into the room. I said that I had agreed with Nikola and agreed on the price, but when she turned a deaf ear and asked me to see the gold coin. She immediately started a spike that someone was scratching the gold coin and that it is not being done, they have a device just for that purpose so that the gold coin is not damaged. But she forgot to clean the dust of gold from the table :) then the correspondence starts over the computer with the superior, there are more advanced than the others who usually call the bosses.
The spike started to say that it was damaged and that it was going to break and it cost me 500kn and I thanked it for that. He came out and there was a fine dust of gold on the gold coin which I cleaned with my finger and there was no damage. A kilometer further on the bridge, a man from the purchase of gold offered me a 500kn higher price without any ceremonies. I am writing this to warn people to ask in several places before selling gold. Because these reviews are not relevant because there is a paper on their desk where they invite people to positive reviews.

Website friendly for user, it is very easy to find necessary informations and make order. In my opinion the most important are human - contact by different media was perfect (mobile, sms, whatsapp etc), package safely and perfectly packed. the package, prepared really fast, arrived on time (it was extremely important to us).
