235 for 4 glasses of HOUSE RED wine when it should be 160 max! Paid that for dinner and wine at a top restaurant, hate it when tourists are abused! Why have management not responded to the many poor reviews on here?

Ate waffles, pancakes, and some more breakfast menus.
Pricey average tasting food, very rude service.
One of the waiters withheld 10% of the total amount and never returned the full change. We were never robbed 'tip' like this before, very disappointing.response / report this review -

Came here because the place was packed and they had an English breakfast on their menu which looked great in the photos and came with free orange juice. My boyfriend and I ordered one each. We get our orange juice, and mine has a bug in it. No problem, I'll just get a new one. I finally get it and it tastes like it's not at all fresh. Whatever, I try to not let it bother me. Then I get my,"English Breakfast". This was an insult to English breakfasts. My bacon was Gray and greasy, The fried tomatoes looked nothing like the picture, and my eggs (which I had asked to have cooked yolks) were burnt on the bottom, with the yolks still runny and broken! How does that even happen?? My boyfriend's yolks were broken too. The lettuce they used to garnish was brown on the ends. We got a 30 kuna discount but I feel like we should have paid 30 kuna total. Took us 25 minutes to get our bill, and our waitor didn't look very busy in that time. All the customers around me had issues too and received discounts. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The service here is ok, but you are coming here for the creation of the city square. They have a great view of the corner and a church. Perfect to people watch. The food is not bad either. restrooms are a bit off thought.

Great location with decent food. I stopped in for breakfast this morning and had the prosciutto omelette and some coffee. The Omelette was fair and it came with french fries, which wasn't what I was expecting for potatoes but they were fine. I do have to see the coffee though with the best I had so far in Dubrovnik and it was a good size! So it's a decent spot for breakfast but I I wouldn't rave about it

Premium location on one of the main pedestrian 'streets' in the old town - loved the ambiance for our evening drink, people-watching etc. Ideal. You're paying for the experience not just the drink!

Nice location, but I got a promotion 1+1 free cocktail, when I got finally a table outside the bar, this offer was only valid inside the bar. Unfortunately the live music just finished and the music from the speaker was pretty loud. Anyway I enjoyed it, but promos shouldn't be restricted or make anyone feeling dump.

Really bad service! We ordered some drinks we ask to pay separately. They said they couldn't do it that we arrange a way to pay all together. We weren't traveling as a group so we had to pay separately. We had no cash so we needed to pay by card. The barman throw the drinks in a really bad mood spilling them all over our clothes!!! Really rude!

My husband and I watched our server sneeze into his hands, then shake hands with someone. He continued to help guests without washing. Avoid if you don't want to sick.

We had a wonderful lunch. The chicken ceaser salad was very good and the muscles were delicious and fresh. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't think it would be good for dinner. But if you are looking for a place to have lunch, Cele is a perfect choice.

Nice time lace to sit in the evening and watch the world go by. Great local beer, food is a bit pricey but you can't expect much else on the main shopping street.

This is a wonder spot to grab a drink and watch the passes by. The staff is very attentive and quick with bringing your drinks and check. There are plenty of seats outside. The drink prices are on the higher side compared to other parts of the city. The location is perfect.
