I cannot be enthusiastic enough about this place - the location is AMAZING, the staff and owners are friendly and will help you with whatever you need and the facilities are actually more luxurious than I expected and clean.

I can recommend it to everyone to stay a bit longer here, we stayed seven days and would have stayed longer if we could. The atmosphere is relaxed and tranquil, and there's always someone around to have a chat with if you want - however no-one will bother you when you just want to read. You can read, swim or just relax on the nice pebble beach or in one of the hammocks. It really was one of the most relax and fun vacations I've had in a long time and I would recommend it to anyone - and will definitely come back! There's nothing quite like this place.

To reach the place with the car is a nightmare then the beach is nothing special even if of course the water is very high level as Hvar standard. Much better solutions in the island.

My wife and I spent 2 nights at Cast Away during our honeymoon in Croatia. It's a great place to relax, enjoy the sea and meet new friends and like-minded travelers. The camp's remote location make it a quiet and peaceful place to pass the time. Take a few days away from the tourist hustle and bustle and recharge at Cast Away!

I am now in the easternmost part of the most trendy jetset island of Europe, Hvar, in where there's such a primitive living as stone age life contradictory to ten millions worth yachts in one hour driving distance, a place where I've felt the meaning of word 'peace' first time that deeply, and a place where it's not easy to find another example of such a communal life. This is a nature camping area, in one of the most secluded bays of Adriatic in where there's not any electricity, no wi-fi, no tap water, instead there's a natural lighting provided by moon, stars and sea planctons, cooking and sharing all together with people whom you did not know before, also where you need to use rain water to shower and put buckets underneath not to waste even it
Contradictory to the fake reality of summer places designed for jetset but filled with normal people like us to make it look crowded, all the unnessary things are minimalised that we normally think as crucial. There's no restaurant, no store, even no currency here. It's a magical place which flies the needlessness of hot water, electricity and clean towels to the face of man.
There are no waiters running after you, no cleaners to change your bed sheets, no cooks to prepare your food. You should even consume your bread carefully, or maybe just to satisfy your hunger, because the nearest store is in one hour driving distance. But there's a good news; fresh octupus just caught from crsytal blue sea is free! Yeap, you did not mishear, the octupus of which we pay hundreds pounds for a 3cm leg
Holiday is always good, however what I felt here is, when we are trying to run away from a confined life, we are putting ourselves in another boundaries. I've experienced this, loved and recommend it.
Final note: My 3% battery will die soon and I will start watching shooting stars.
