Arena Camps Pomer is a decent campsite with a nice pebble beach. A large portion of the campsite is parcelled with electricity and water, while a small part remains unparcelled where access to electricity and water is scarce. Many of the pitches are well shaded by the pine trees, but don't expect to be able to spike your tent everywhere as much of the ground is full of rocks and boulders. At the reception, employees are helpful and speak English, German and Italian. There's a decent restaurant and a small grocery store within the campsite, the latter only carries the essentials and some beach supplies, but you're better off driving few miles to Banjole or Medulin where you can find supermarkets. There are two sanitary blocks with showers, toilets, and basins for washing clothes and dishes. The larger one is at the center of the campsite (this is the one the pictures of which are shown on the website), the smaller one is near the reception. There's a washing machine at the block in the center that can be used for HRK 40, although the usage is not very well organised - in fact, you're better off walking about 300 meters to the ACI marina just outside the campsite where there're also washing machines and dryers for pretty much the same price. Security is good and I've never felt the need to take extra measures to protect our valuables. The campsite has 10 coolboxes in a central fridge for rent for HRK 20 per day.
The beach is narrow but quite long and features a windsurfing school where you can also rent kayaks, standing paddleboards and pedal boats. Freshwater showers can be found at regular intervals. There are also two beach bars offering drinks and ice cream.
Nice panorama, clear water and nice smelling air. Restaurant is cosy, offering delicious food at good price. sanitary facilities are sometimes overcrowded. I also lacked an ice cream shop and a beach buffet offering snacks or sandwiches. Personnel is friendly, speaks English too. Altogether a nice place for family holiday!
Nice and big sites, all very near to the beach! Not too expensive. (30 euro per night for a tent, 2 persons + electricity in high season)
Ramba Zamba in der Saison - wir zogen weiter.. Hurly burly and overcrowded in the hightime, we moved on..
This camping is close to a nice beach and has lots of shade, nice camping pits and lots of space. The location is great, there are many things to do near the camping. The sanitair is clean but the showers have saloon-like doors and a hill in front of them. This makes it very uncomfortable to shower, knowing that people can easily peek over your door.
Also the staff wasn't very welcoming, they seemd somewhat reluctant to help me.
Nice beach,lot of trees,free wifi and parking,restaurant
Clean toilets and showers, friendly neighbours and staff. A bit pricy but the parcel is 1m in front of sea! 👌
Cute camping spot with lots of shade, 2 bars at the beach and a windsurfing school
