It's all about how they prepare the food
* Very unique and they make justice to what you've ordered.
* Menu changes quite often, so be prepared to surprise your taste buds.

Dvor is a top quality restaurant in Split. We had the Tasting menu that is exactly what was promised. The calamari plate was not very interesting, we needed a bit more density, but overall the menu was very well executed and we were very satisfied. Some elements of the menu were pleasantly surprising. The view is beautiful. Service wise, we were placed at a table that was not what we have asked when we booked. We have asked for a better table and the maître did her best to accommodate us. This was really appreciated. The aesthetics of the place are of the highest standards. We perceived empathy from the staff when asked for a better table and this was very important. They responded well to all our questions and requests during the service experience with kindness. Overall the restaurant met our expectations and at the end we had a great experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic good and service. The view is lively and the tables are amongst olive trees. The grilled fish (you select your own) is perfection. The ceviche is heavenly and the veal pasta is awesome. I could run out of superlatives.

Great restaurant. The tasting menu was amazing. A lot of food, so skip lunch. They could easily cut the dishes in half and it would still be enough.
The lamb or the signature risotto was our favorites.
But best of all was our waitress Marina. Professional, friendly, fast, great knowledge about both wine and food.

Certainly great view and location. We had an Adriatic fish, which was delicious, also wine recommended was perfect. On the other hand grilled vegetables and fish soup were a bit of disappointment - first swimming in the oil and balsamic, second blended. Service staff very friendly and ready to give you good recommendation on wine/food combination. Overall very good experience, but bit overpriced.

Amazing food, amazing service, amazing view. Only downfall is we couldn't see the sunset from where the restaurant was located. Overall, great dining experience and very friendly staff.

I went there just for a coffee and it's superb! Didn't go inside but the front deck has an amazing view overlooking seaside. Beautiful😍

The location is great. Service, however, was awful. Bored, unfriendly, and downright disrespectful because we were tourists. Very disappointing in regard to the normally good reviews.

Absolutely amazing! Went here after reading a lot of good reviews, and it is probably one of my favourite restaurants ever based on a single amazing experience.
The staff cares about what they do, they know about their job and are extremely good at it.
The food is elaborate, interesting, exquisite and I'd also add "surprising". For instance, what about this pic of a hot chocolate cake with black olives? Delicious, even with the strange combination of tastes!
Price is fair if not low, service is awesome, staff is friendly, place is nice and cozy and right on the beach.

A beautiful restaurant that has outdoor terrace/dining area (roofed) with a seaside view. The restaurant is in a quiet local area away from the tourist part of town but not too far away. There are parking spaces by the tennis court down the road from the restaurant. The service was great-the waiter was very friendly and helped us choose a nice local white wine. I would be happy to go again.

We were never disappointed at the best restaurant in Split. Gets the vibe right, being fine dining but relaxed without pretentions. The staff are up to the task, personable and knowledgeable. They are all good but during our stay Dejan was outstanding. Basically, its a lovely experience whether you're up for breakfast, lunch or dinner with stunning views across the Adriatic and Croatian Island's.

Wonderful dinner experience in a romantic setting outdoors, listening to the waves! The sun was just setting as we arrived, service was efficient and friendly, with very reasonable prices. Had a delicious pea soup with egg yolk. Would highly recommend for a romantic evening out. The restaurant is also a bit outside of the tourist district (10-15 min ride), which is refreshing.

This restaurant is worth the journey from the town centre. The food we had was delicious! I recommend the grilled octopus, crispy sea bass, lamb risotto and veal main. The service was fantastic and the waitress help us pick out a very nice local wine to go with our dishes. And the view and spot next to the water is a bonus. You can also ring to make a reservation if you like but they were also taking walk-ins.

The food is outstanding!! Great location which looks beautiful at night. We had the octopus (so tender!), the veal risotto (divine), the lamb shank and crispy sea bass (delicious). The best meal we've had in Split with service to match.

The staff was friendly and waiting time ok, but the food really wasn't that great. I had the sea bass and although the skin was nice and crispy, the overall flavor was bland. It lacked basic seasoning and was cooked too long. My partner had the risotto. Although that flavor was nice, the rice grains were cooked too short, and had a little crunch to it. For the same price you can get a whole lot better just around the corner.
