Inconsistent drinks & terrible service.
We ordered two iced coffees one with vanilla and recieved two milkshake frapuccinos from a packet that did not contain any coffee. When we explained politely to the staff that these drinks were not what we ordered, they were very rude and defensive, and didn't try to understand what we were asking for, but instead held up the packets that the drinks had been made from. This is unfortunate as we had two very nice coffees here before, however due to the service we recieved we will not be stopping for a drink here again and would advise others to do the same.response / report this review -
