We got coffee here and it was alright. The prices are comparible to the other restaurants on the main strip. The food didn't look that good though. Look as if it had been on a warming tray for a bit too long.
Very poor experience. Staff was rude, unfriendly and impatient. Our waiter actually rolled his eyes at us after we asked for another minute to decide on what to order.
On top of this the waiter (young man with two earrings in one ear), chatted away to other staff ignoring us for several more minutes after having made it clear to him that we were now ready to order.
The wait time for our food was very long, however the food did turn out to be quite nice - hats off to the chef.
Would not recommend to anyone.
Probably the worst lasagna I’ve ever had. It literally didn’t have any sort of sauce. Yea, just pasta with some meat and a little cheese. To add insult to injury it was also very pricey.
$7aud/30 Kuna for a coffee, too bitter and a bit cold. Can get the same quality at the Irish bar for 10 Kuna!
While on our honeymoon several years ago, my husband and I fell in love with this restaurant. I had the most amazing steak and discovered Dalmatian wine, how could I never have tried Dingac before this trip! I loved it so much our fantastic waiter showed us where to purchase some to take home before we flew out. We can't wait to visit again and take our children!
DONT GO. I went to have a quick coffee breakfast and was very disappointed! Overpriced (more expensive than London price!) and food was bad. Would not recommend it!
The best coffee aaaaand we got free dessert. Such great service :) took a while to get the bill But we got free dessert so I could forgive that. Waiter was good for jokes too.
I loved the clam rissoto and Croatian wine. Damien was one of the best waiters ever, he was really attentive and very kind. I hope to revisit someday.
They just forbidden some artists to play their music in the block next to the restaurant. And it was a great music!
Uninspiring breakfast. The city apparently must be under another seige, judging by the rationing of the dish sizes. Plenty of choice in the city so go explore some of the small back alleys for an actual full-rasher of bacon
Love these places where you can just sit down on the street and enjoying some live piano music with either a glass of wine or a coffee in your hand. Dubrovnik had lots of places like this. And it's so relaxing and makes you happy from the inside out 😊
This fairly large cafe (by Dubrovnik standards) is conveniently situated along the Stradun close to the Pile Gate side. It has indoor and outdoor seating, and provides free wifi. I ordered a chicken salad and my friend ordered a toasted sandwich. Our orders arrived within a reasonable time. My salad was nicely presented and the portion was reasonable for KN 80. My friend's toasted sandwich was slightly less value for money. The service was congenial and the music was loud but we were able to carry on our conversation. I have been to several cafes in Dubrovnik and, for the cafe's location, I can recommend it for a convenient stop. There are other cafes in Dubrovnik that charge more.
Great food and drink.Staff can't do enough to help you.Not to be missed
Nice spot on the main street :)
Good food and good stuff !!!
The waiter was really nice and friendly. Also the freshly baked croissant was crispy outside and tender inside!!
Nice place, simple but good food, prices are expensive for Croatia. Friendly staff and good wifi
Extremely rude staff. The sign said they opened at 7:30 am, but they said they opened at 8 am in the winter. Ok, fine. So it was 7:53 am, so we sat down at a cafe table outside to wait 7 min til they opened. One of the staff members came out and told us we had to leave. We said we were waiting to eat at 8, and he told us no, we couldn't.
If it were busy and there were lots of other people, I could understand this. If we sat down in their chairs with no intention of eating there it would be understandable. But why would you run off your only customer when you were openin in 7 min??
