They don't tell you if a bus takes longer than other. Going to Sibenik took me 3h whilst taking the bus 15 after would have cost me half the time

Very poor service here. The terminal is hot, stuffy and crowded coming into peak season and the person in the ticket office either didn't understand what we wanted or was inept in some other way. However rather than try and explain any misunderstanding she gave us the wrong tickets and told us all the wrong times to get to and from our destination. This resulted in us waiting over an hour for a return bus in 35°C heat and then eventually just hopping on an airport bus that took over twice as long as the bus we should have got would have taken. Overall a very poor system that I would not use again. I would pay the extra to book online with your companies who are used to working with tourists. I say this all having managed to use public transport successfully across about 3 different continents and many countries across Europe.

Don't expect a lot. There's a small area for buying tickets on the spot at a surcharge. I think a couple euros more than online. But online tickets ,for the most part, need to be printed which is obviously inconvenient when vacationing. When choosing buses always choose the most direct and fastest route (check bus croatia website ) because e.g the coastal route is longer and there are many turns and many stops in between where locals get on and off . A ticket controller is on board the coach bus for on-the-spot ticket purchases. Plus the view isn't worth the wasted nauseating time.

Public transport interchange conceived in hell, particularly on a Saturday in peak season. Plan for delays. Consolation is that Croats are so nice so you'll be taken care of one way or the other

This company needs to learn about booking system. Me, my little sister and boyfriend where there 2 hours before departure to the airport and had tickets, but it was caos with people and the bus was soooooo overfull It was out of control and all the people wanted to get to the airport, but the bus driver was screaming that the next bus is in one hour, and are probably available. This company is not good !! Don't trust them..

Friendly people and fast service. Very crowded during summer. Make sure to buy your ticket a day in advance during summer and major holidays.
