  All we knew was that we were going to Komiza. When we came over the mountain we saw the beautiful bay and the old village and we knew this was going to be our home for the next two weeks, celebrating our 25th anniversary.
  
  The bus stopt in the old town centre, not going any further.
  We had no idea where to go next so we asked the friendly bus driver if he knew anybody with a nice apartment.
  He smiled and said, “O yes, I will call my friend Sanja”
  In less the 10 minutes there appeared a tall good looking lady telling us she had 3 apartments we could have a look at. As we walked through the old streets and alleys we wondered what they would look like in a old town like this…
  When we came through the gates we were amazed by the beautiful courtyard and the smell of the blooming lemon tree.
  But when we saw the apartments we were sold!
  Everything is new and clean, white and fresh and all you need for a comfortable stay is there.
  We had a wonderful bed, big enough for us tall Dutch, a own kitchen and clean bathroom. And all this is less the 5 minutes walk from the lovely harbor and 10 minutes from the beach.
  
  Sanja turned out to be the perfect host. Understanding the art of leaving you alone when wanted and being there when needed. She was always there to tell us all we want to know about this beautiful island, giving us wonderful suggestions about were to go and what to do or not to do, without ever disturbing our privacy.
  
  This celebration holiday turned out to be one of the best holidays ever also because of the never absent warmth and sunshine, sea and exploding nature in the month of May.
  
  Two years later we came back again in May and had exactly the same experience only even better this time!
  
  Thank you Sanja for being a wonderful host and by now also our friend! You are doing such a good job serving complete strangers and giving them the holiday opportunity they dream of…

  I spend a week with my family in June at Insulae apartments. We love it, room was big and very nice. Location is perfect, just few meters from Komiza harbour and main street, but again far enough not to hear the noise in the evenings. Sanja was amazing host and she did everything so that we feel like at home. There is even a small courtyard, witch was a perfect playground for our two years old son. We will sure we will be back.
