Google maps did not point us exactly to the right place but it wasn't that hard to find thanks to the sign that was out. Dora was really nice. Clean rooms, service with a smile, beautiful view, good breakfast and turtles. :D
I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting for one day or more. There was a really good vibe to the place.response / report this review -

Fantastic accommodations just 100 meters from a beach. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. Rooms with balcony views of the Adriatic are preferred for watching some spectacular sunsets. Nice breakfast option for only 5€ and there are some superb restaurants serving pizza and Mediterranean cuisine only 200 meters away. Fresh air with the scent of pine trees which surround the B&B. Little sitting area with tables at ground level is like an oasis with pergola, flowers, fruit trees, tortoises, and an occasional cat. Have stayed here multiple times and the location is a good for day trips to Plitavice Lakes, Paklenica Park, Krka Park, city of Zadar, and local sights or kayaking/canoeing on Zrmanja River.

Had a lovely stay at apartment Dora in Rovanjska. Really nice host who makes breakfast for everyone in the morning and a tasty homemade muffin as well. The rooms were good, plus free WiFi.

Dora is a wonderful host. The room was clean and tidy. The location is just over an hour from plitvice lakes.

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST choice you could possibly make for your stay in croatia. Dora (the owner) is an amazing person. Touched by her kindness and generosity. Her breakfast is amazing (she makes her own healthy muffins for example!). The location is superb, went to plitvice, zadar and paklenica from here. parking free in front of the door. Only booked 1 night but decided to stay 3. That's what this place does to you. Oh, and she had turtles in her garden.. how amazing!
