I have to make notice at first that the owners could improve the negatives mentioned here. That would make the place 4 stars at least. Also we met the older owners (man and woman) around the end of our stay and they were very nice. Most communication was done with the younger owner though.

The apartment is located on a hill. So make sure you are willing to walk up and down hill to anywhere when you don't own a car or want to walk.

    Positives:
The room for 2 is very spacious, with a nice balcony, TV and airco. The bed is big and is very comfortable. For the price we paid I think it was great. It was close to the city and beach Banj, which we really enjoyed. Owner gave a few tips for things to do in the area.
But there were a few issues.

    Negatives:
The building itself was a little hard to find, even with navigation, better to call the owner.
We had little to no communication with the owner except for the introduction and it was a little awkward.
There was no to little WIFI connection in our room and since we did everything by foot we needed this to plan walks and what not.
When we paid, the price was 250 euros for 5 nights + 10 euros of tourist taxes (so 260 total) when I asked if I could pay in Kuna (their own currency) the owner made a weird calculation that resulted in 2038 Kuna (which is 275 euro) that was so weird to me because they just multiplied the price in Euros with 7,4 at every other place.
The bathroom had a bad smell but this was easily fixed by airing the room and the bathroom, problem was that it is not allowed to have the airco on with everything open (which is logical) but that resulted in either a hot room or a smelly bathroom.

All the negatives were not to hard to deal with, but very annoying. I would've given 3 stars if it wasn't for the totally off price calculation.
