A convenient plaza for shopping with access to clothing, some food, coffee, and two ATMs. Many Bank ATMs are closed with the bank, but there is one across from Café Americano that appears to be open all the time.

No public bathrooms, you have to enter Chester's to use theirs.
They use their main entrance for events.
