  Food was good service was good. There is a lovely beach with nice views. I spent a couple of hours hanging out. No complaints I tried the brisket and the pulled pork tacos. Both were good. I liked the pork better. There "chips" are plantain chips they are very good. I had them with their guacamole. The guacamole was fantastic however you just got a small cup like you would usually get a condiment in. It was $8 if you got about twice as much guacamole it would have been the right amount for how many chips you got and would have been worth it. But with how much you got it left me wanting. That really is my only complaint. The bar served drinks that were plentiful. They even had a hummingbird feeder and at one point there was more than 10 at it at a time. If I ever make it back to the island it's a spot I would stop at again.

  There’s nothing better than sampling the culture of Honduras, baleadas and pastelitos. But when that doesn’t do it The Texas Mule is the only place to go. Dwayne smokes and grills select cuts of meats and steaks with the perfect sides. That’s only half of it, best bar, Beach (great for snorkeling), hundreds of lounge chairs, showers, clean restrooms. .and if you are talented enough to catch a lobster Dwayne will even cook it for you! Spend the day eating and drinking and never leave the sand. Enjoyed our stay more than words.

  Great smoked meats friendly staff.. cold beer.. all at a fair price. The beach is private, no hawkers. A must for anyone traveling to roatan.

  Authentic Texas barbecue (great brisket!) on a beautiful Caribbean beach, with a full bar and friendly staff.
