Enjoyed the factory tour and chocolate discussion. I learned a few things in a nice, relaxing environment, with a very nice chocolate aroma.

I loved this place. They make the chocolate right there. The milk chocolate tasted a little more like cocoa to me, but was good. The owner is a total superstar and is very passionate about his product. He hires the best looking women too, FYI. We actually got a clear day on Dec 27, 2017. I’d go back in NY minute and dive there too.

Tried out Roatan Chocolate Factory which is part coffee shop and part 1-stove chocolate factory. Walking in Christmas morning we we're met with music and singing from what may be the happiest staff on Earth. Enjoyed a coffee on the deck with free wifi. Colorful furnishings, colorful staff, free locally sourced chocolate samples, AC, and credit card friendly gains Roatan Chocolate Factory a coveted 5 stars with the help of an ocean view.

Looks like they are associated with the SaltyDog Seafood shack as well which will be reviewed later.

I get the best prices on the unsweetened, unprocessed, crushed chocolate bean from the Roatan Chocolate Factory. Better for my diabetes than the sweet stuff. I like to add it to low carb yogurt.

There is good food and the baked goods with custom made ice cream are great with a cup of (fresh chocolate)mocha or cappucino.

The food here is delicious, and they offer free samples of all the chocolate they sell, so you know that you like what you're buying beforehand. The staff are friendly and there is indoor and outdoor seating. You can see the chocolate factory upstairs where they make chocolate. I recommend this place. My brother and I have eaten here twice this trip.
