  Beware! BED BUGS. My mother stayed here and she was bitten. She only stayed one night —you can find other great options.

  The hotel is ok and everything, but because of the lack of maintenance, I had an accident. I went into one of their bathrooms in the first floor it was flooded I slipped banged my head in the floor and got 5 stitches, they never felt responsible nor wanted to help, the manager is an A hole.

  The staff provides an outstanding support for all of your needs. The breakfast server named Marlon goes out of his to serve you and mame you fill at home.
  The entire staff makes you feel at home.
  Great stay.
  Highly recomended.

  Its probably one of the best hotels in the cities, not the country. My only complaint are their rates specially in san pedro, they could be as expensive as a major US city, which san pedro doesnt even come close to.

  The hotel lobby features an incredible mix of modern and classic architecture. The mixologist in the first floor restuarants and bars are great and can prepare specialty cocktails off menu if requested

  Great Place. Somewhat noisy. They host large events on weekends. Hip place but overcrowded not the best place to close a deal.

  Amzaing service from Iris from the bar restaurant Nau. Very filling and tasty! Portions are large for the price. Most of all was the quality of service I received from Iris that made me feel good and had a Joyful afternoon lunch! Thank you for your kindness. Made me feel home away from home :)

  For Tegu, this is a brilliant hotel. Excellent service and delicious restaurant. Check in and out times need to be reduced.
