  No hay buena atención al cliente en La Ceiba. Uno puede dar mil indicaciones, pero ellos entregan cuando quieren. Responden de mala gana y a veces incluso pareciera que no supieran seguir direcciones.

  It's not easy finding reliable cargo service these days, but Rápido Cargo delivers every time. There staff is attentive and there package tracking service is the best.

  Pase mas de tres horas y media llamando a todos los telefonos de rapido cargo san pedro sula nunca contestaron.
  
  comentaron que hirian por mi paquete y nunca pasaron, no hay seriedad
  y la estrella que les puse fue por que no me saldria la opcion de publicar xq no se merecen ni eso

  Bad service. We have had nothing but problems with this company. They don't like delivering to your house. They try to push you into a position to where you have to come to their office and pick up your package. Even when we force them to come to our house, they still refused to drive all the way because of differing reasons, and had to meet them somewhere to get our packages. Don't think they will give you any kind of a discount if you pick it up yourself, its full price no matter what.
  
  On the ground, this company has a BAD REPUTATION, and for good reason.

  A very use full company to order stuff from amazon or ebay. Prices are good and the service is quick. Sometimes things are held up in customs but that is government for you.
