  This is a very good store if a person has special dietary needs. Also it is an excellent store for those who are trying to limit their consumption of artificial ingredients in foods and eat organic and naturally processed foods.

  The go to place in Tegucigalpa where you'll find gluten-free cooking and baking ingredients, preservative-free suplements and cosmetics, and other items traditionally found in health food stores. Yes, you'll pay more while you get to maintain your dietary habits. Traditional supermarkets in the city offer some gluten-free and other health foods, but at Orgánica you'll have the covenience of full variety in one place, though sometimes they let their stock run out on certain items.

  When it comes to organic products, this place has items we purchase in Canadian organic stores! There's frozen food, boxed, and a few vegetables. We have been getting our organic food here while visiting Tegucigalpa!

  Best organic supermarket in Tegucigalpa, excellent attention and a bast list of organic goods available, Honduran organic goods are also promoted and sold here.

  Quite the resource for people looking for natural and organic food and other stuffs. Offers a wide variety of food/stuff that is otherwise hard to find in Honduras, such as vegetarian food substitutes (veg bacon, burgers), other health foods, chemical free repellants, organic cosmetic products, etcetera. Definitely worth at least one visit if you're an expat living in Tegucigalpa.
