  We rented a truck a month in advance when we arrived at the airport the car was unavailable. This establishment lacks professional staff and better resolutions fkr thekr clients. I would not recommend
  
  Esta compañia no la recomiendo son Muy inresponsables rente un automobil con un mes de anticipation un dia antes de la fecha acordada me mandaron la confirmation pero cuando llegue a reclamar el auto no lo tenian me dejaron esperando en el aeropuerto no son profesionales 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  These people abuse their customers. They charge $140 for a scratch that was already there, among the hundreds of scratched the vehicle already had. Got a flat tire the first over nigh, called the office for hours and no answers. Had to pay for the repair myself, and got a used tire that looked like new compared to the 3 other tires of the car. Then they change 25% above the quoted price from my ALAMO reservation. Paid over $ 700 for 8 days rental of a very very old and used vehicle. Boo. Shame to Alamo for keeping this management team in their network.

  I would have to say that I would never recommend this company to any one, I rented a car and got charged for some scratches that were there before, I was happy with the cars performance but this Alamo company charged me $110 for damages that I had nothing to do with.
  I rented one time from this other company (actually last year around may) the name is Payless rental car at the airport location (Tegucigalpa/toncontin) this people were real good and I didn't have no complaint at all .
  Please if you rent from this company double check what your getting before you drive off, take pictures if you have too, I learned the hard way , but one thing is for sure " I would never rent from this people again "

  The only place in the world were you rent a car whit limited kms 250 i needed to travel to San Pedro Sula and i have to pay the extra miles. Then you return the car and the checkkkk EVERYTHING whit a magnifier glass I even have to wait 20 mins while they wash the car to check if it has scratches! I'm giving 2 stars because they were open sunday 7am
