Taking a tour to cayos cuchinos from San Pedro sula isn't worth it - while the islands themselves were pretty from afar, up close they were littered with trash. Snorkeling was nice but wasn't as good as in Belize, or Hawaii. The worst part was the 7.5 hour of commuting. Probably wouldn't make the trek again.
