The terrible side of Roatan experience. A company manned in order to take money for invisible damage that no car rental would object to the customer and obviously over estimate. From the beginning they have a customer signed copy of credit card account as for warranty and this one hundred percent will became the invented damages document already signed without customer loophole!!!!!The car rent was , off course no new , a simple Hyundai city car that at the end of story , was payed more than a limousine!!
Avoid falling into the trap known to all the citizens of Roatan expecially expatriates!!
Good car for the price. Great staff and late model cars with AC
We were really satisfied with the service here. The people who work there are very nice.
It's a small airport, but fast .. went smoothly so can't complain
Great a car rent without any problems. My experience without any incorrect behaviour. All correct. Stuff very kind. And they speak English :-)

Do not rent from this company, the guy inside the airport game me one price after I was charge other. Not only that they also charge me 106 dollars for one scratch under the front Bumper that was already there. Where have you seen a car rental company in North American or Europe charging that kind of money for a 5 inches scratch under the bumper. There are other companies inside or outside the airport to rent from. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE STILL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
The price of renting a car is very nice, you can't beat it for 35$ a day. All the other rent a cars have very steep pricing and outlandish deposit agreements.
In Roatan Island, you can see many posters saying they offer a $18.95 rent car that's BS!!
They jack up the price at pickup and put a 750 hold on your credit card that takes a month to get off.
You can literally end up waiting in line with no movement for 30 minutes and not a single person will have left the ticket counter yet. Slowest lines ever. Going through immigration was super easy but man those airline counters are not in a hurry at all.
The free wifi is great, and immigration and security were quick, even with long lines. Still gets very full at peak times with multiple flights leaving from the same small departure lounge.
Check in and paying the departure tax is still a big bottle neck that take a lot of time.
The airport has gotten a lot better in the last several years. They have AC and free WiFi. There is a coffee shop and bar in the lobby. They used to have a currency exchange window but it isn't there anymore.
Easy airport - but immigration is slow with the addition of fingerprinting. The departure lounge is very crammed with only one restaurant and a huge line so definitely do not get to this airport early like in the US.
Other than those minor inconveniences, it's a Latin American airport! Curb to runway in no time flat.
hi my Goga Pullarao indian
One of the smallest airports ever. It is clean and organized. With only 1 store to chose from once you go thru security. There are 2 ATMs before security, one of which you can take out US dollars, its the
The airport is a bit chaotic. But be careful, DO NOT RENT FROM DOLLAR RENT A CAR. We got scammed on a recent visit to Roatan (March 2015). Advise, inspect your rental car throughly, including the SPARE TIRE. There are other rental car choices.
