  Buen servicio de bus.
  Solo que los baños de las instalaciones en la terminal de copan Ruinas están muy sucios

  Bought tickets round trip last month for me and a friend to Guatemala. Leaving La Ceiba bus broke down luckily about 30 minutes later a next bus arrived.
  The next day with my friend getting into Guatemala the bus broke down again this time the issue was not fixed quickly so it was a huge problem because every one was tired and it was late. We were supposed to arrive at 7pm we arrived at midnight. While this problem was going on no one gave us updates or anything. A French guy was really mad because he tried to talk to one of the staff and he just ignored him. I wrote a letter to Hedman Alas and explained the situation that this was not aceptable, they called me after receiving the email and said me and my fried has a free ticket. I've sent them numerous emails to send me a written email with this and they have never replied.
  Although it is the most expensive bus company I use them because of safety reasons which I think is more important. Just know they might break down. Hopefully this issue gets resolved.

  Very very expensive bus service But you can't fault the service!!!
  
  You get a free snack, free drink, someone takes your luggage for you, movies on the bus (English) and the air con is so nice.
  
  Not to mention its ridiculously comfortable.
  
  If it wasn't so expensive (£26 to get to La Ceiba) I'd totally travel like this more often.
