Our check in experience was terrible. The front desk clerk wouldn't take a credit card even though he had a machine and it was posted on the window that visa and MasterCard were accepted. He gave us a terrible exchange rate and wouldn't allow us to put our bags down and go to a bank. It was ten o'clock at night and not a safe place to walk. We had to use three different currencies to pay and were Definitely overcharged. The room had long black hairs in both of our beds. Fairly certain the sheets hadn't been washed and to make it worse the water was cold in the shower. I will never come close to this place again!!!
