  Ecovivienda, is a nice apartment complex. I would classify it as moderate in price. Security is top notch, parking for guest is small. Leisure areas are fine especially if you have kids or pets at home. Location is not centric at all, exits through some unsafe zones of the city.

  It's a good new community, the sell price is cheaper than other new community but facilities are well included swimming pool and BBQ area.
  But, rooms are small. maybe the reason is allow young couples can buy them.

  Its safe, cool but in social area is not allowed to be hanging out with friends after 9pm.
