Beautiful large two story deck/pier bar and grill on the Carribean Sea. Saturday happy hour was empty but the $2 beers and top notch views gives Eagle Ray's an easy 4 stars. Add a bigger crowd and live entertainment and this place would get a 5 star "can't miss" rating. At 4 stars, "You're not wrong" is more apt with the free internet and tempting sea food options, particularly if you're splitting the plate. The prices are on par with West End overall- fairly expensive but you're paying for the view.

Very nice views. An outside feel with a roof to keep us dry. We had fun and a tasty treat.

We stopped here as part of a "West End Tour" cruise ship excursion..There was a few dancers setup on the back deck to put on a show for us,the food overpriced but the views are nice and there is quite a few nice souvenir shops within a short walk.
