I am an experience Restaurant Manager working for very prestigius cruise lines, I was with my doughter for breakast at Denny's Sanpedro sula. Ofcourse I dont expect a 5***** service however the service is very bad, missing the basic service standards.
1.The waiter never intruduces him self
2.our orders were very simple french toast and coffe.
3.The waiter bring our food and he never came back the check our satisfaction
4. For coffee refill we had to ask 3 times as no body atended to offered.
I think the staff should be trained on the basics of service to provided quality of service.
Regards.
Hector
Great food and good prices!! Love it! A place for the whole family!
Being an American place, they dont sell beers on any Honduran Holiday..........and Honduran Holidays are almost every weekend so......what else can I say? An American framchise who doesnt sell beer on "Holly Week"
Super fast service !! Great ambient and nice food good attention and service.
It's great for a quick bite or a full meal
Food good service great.....but the tables and menus were all dirty and sticky....i couldnt even turn the page they were sooooo sticky they need to wipe them down and the tables
I love it 24/7 open. People there is so friendly at all time.
Pretty decent food and service
Service levels keep plummeting at both SPS locations. I'm no longer willing to go there!
Great food but its full for its population
The food is really great. But... the wait is way too long. You can wait up to 45 mins if you have a group of 8-10 people. On weekends, and specially on sundays it is very full. But the food is worth the wait.
Great food, but always packed with people. Enjoyed the food & service here better than the Denny's that remain in the US
Good food, great service, affordable price
Great price and quantity of food. The taste is not amazing, but it is pretty damn good.
The best of best in San Pedro Sula, a cheap place and the food is delicious! You have a variety of meals to choose and staff is friendly!
Great lunch time with my Daughter!!! Excelent customer service
Great place to have dinner with friends or family. Loud on birthdays, so if you love to be serenaded on your birthday this might be the right place for you.
This Denny's is identical in every way, from menu to decor, to the Denny's at Vermont and Western in Los Angeles, which is indistinguishable from the Denny's in downtown Seattle. A well cooked example of the homogenous culture of global corporate capitalism, high in calories, but creatively anorexic, catsup can't kill the taste of deep fried plastic. Order the Empire Burger cooked medium rare and watch the blood dribble down your chin.
