The room was clean and the bed Great. The room was "older" looking and not to pretty also a bit small. They look to be doing some remodeling and we did require a king size bed so that may be a factor in the rooms condition. The shower was nice and hot. No mirror in the bathroom and the pipe was leaking a little. I put towel down. TV most the channels were blurry. The music was crazy load and it was good that our room was in the back and the window AC was a bit load so we didn't hear it much. Nice selection of music for both kids and adults. The pools were clean but not clear water. My daughter enjoyed it a lot! It's a secure hotel and the roads are not to bad. The breakfast was good but the Flys made it hard to enjoy it. The eating area was a bit dirty and to honest I wondered why this was when most of the hotel area appeared to be pretty clean and neat. Price was a bit high for the room quality but like I said it may have been what was available for our needs. We would go back and I'd recommend it. I hope this helps you know what you could/may expect on your visit. Thank you for the restful stay and I hope to see the remodeling outcome on our next trip to Honduras 🇭🇳 ❤

Definitely very comfortable place the prince is in a normal range. But you gotta got try the thermal waters they come from an natural thermal pond, but you must ask for them to turn it on or let the water flow towards you.

Las aguas termales son mitad agua caliente y mitad agua termal, estan bajo techo y las llenan a la mitad, con el tiempo el agua se enfria. La entrada es cara. Tienen buen servicio ya comida es muy buena. Recomiendo el pescado frito. Y hay que llevar repelente porque los mosquitos atacan.

Muy lindo. Nos atendieron lo máximo..pero a los huéspedes se ponen hacer relajo en la noche(sus pláticas muy ruidosas)y el resto tratando de dormir. No me parece correcto.

Es una belleza de lugar, excelente atención, agua termal y piscinas. Cuenta con servicio de alquiler de cabañas para poder quedarse un fin de semana en familia, deliciosos platillos para pasarla super. Cuenta con wifi.
