  Not open until 2 am. They close at 10 and in the fit at 10. Don’t show up a minute late or they won’t let you in. Bad service as well when you ask why they say open til 2.

  Pretty good for a Franchise.
  
  I had an overall good experience with my girlfriend, pretty good service since you enter the place, comfortable seats but a little loud on the music side.
  
  For the menu there is a vast number of options available, tacos, sandwiches, burgers, etc. Pretty good prices and promotions.
  
  After all of this, the rating of my review is because, In my visit my girlfriend ordered the Buffalo chicken ranch sandwich which was extremely salty, practically inedible, we called the manager and fortunately they offered us a new plate and solved it just as it has to be, respectfully and with courtesy.

  The food was ok. Not as good as the ones in the States. The service was very slow and there were only 6 people in the restaurant. The staff was talking and joking around while I waited for 10 mins before I was given a menu.

  I've eaten at this restaurant twice, both times the food was not good. Ribs were bad, and so were the burger and fries. Both reheated frozen meals. Service was mediocre. Do better Chilis.
