A very quiet place, not tu much for fun, but if you only want to sit and see the people walking and talking at around, that is the right place for you.

You can relax here. There is an ATM for local currency, a few places to eat, and a few souvenir shops. There isn't much to do except when there are local carnivals, bingo, and other events.
