If you are looking for a great place to stay, look no further. The location is close to everything, but it is quiet and peaceful. All of the staff were great and treated us like family and we really appreciated that. If you have a family (kids) and such and want a safe place to be without all the loud noise and partying atmosphere. Stay Here!!!

Beautiful, quiet little resort. The condo is roomy with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and keeps everything in too top shape. Most of the time it feels like we have the place to ourselves even though they're completely booked. Would definitely stay here again.

First visit to Roatan and I can see what I could have done differently. If you are coming with your family, kids and all, and are looking to have access to a swimming beach, this is not it. The beach is right in front but is more like compacted sand - its a road. The ocean is covered with turtle grass and other living organisms so you cannot go for a swim. The owner, Jeff has no personality and while he comes across as indifferent, Sue, the property manager is very nice she makes up for what the owner lacks. They are very laid back and you kinda have to find your way. Which wasnt my style. I wanted to stay away from the crowds, but still get personalized attention, this wasnt it. On one day the power went out 6xs. I understand thats an island problem. But if you know that will be an issue for you, this property does not have a generator. So you might have trouble charging electronic devices. And that will be an issue if you have to have it charged.
If i had to do it all over again, Id stay at the real resorts like the ones at west bay. Thats where youll find the turquoise water, and white sand. Yes its more crowded, but youll get better service and access to swimming beaches.
Im giving 2 stars because, while I think they are trying they should better inform the consumer. I felt i was misled in a lot of ways. I would definitely not call it a resort. Its not that.
