  Friendly staff, excellent service quality with free coffee and movenpicks. They even have free umbrellas when it rains.

  *Beware of overpriced and horrible service*
  Booked for months in advance. Extremely busy with horrible traffic arrangement. They are selling way too many cars than they can service.
  Services are ludicrously expensive and alway ask you to buy package then charge you crazy for whatever small issue they find.
  One time even asked me to change the whole brake disc ($10k+) because of an "almost" worn out pad ($400 in local shops). My car was only a year old and disc not even bent!
  Tire quotes are almost 50% higher than most local shops for exact same tire.

  Need to book for months in advance for some very basic services, such as basic check up which is needed to keep the warrenty.
  
  For some not very basic service, such as tent repair or paint work, you need to risk your own car to be driven by the VW staff to other service center to finish the job.

  The problem is having to book many months in advance, which can be frustraiting. Service & facilities are good however.
