  I recently visited Vogue to enquire about their services. There was one particularly large watermark along the bottom edge of my wool coat.
  
  When I went into Vogue 14.02.18 to ask if they can remove watermarks I was told that they can. The guy I spoke to told me if I put it in today, I can get it back x number of days. I told him didn’t have the coat on me at the time and can’t put it in today. He kept repeating himself until I told him it was actually at the tailor’s. On 07.03.18 I brought the coat back and there was a lady who looked at my coat and said that it’s not possible to remove the watermark. Then I asked her why her colleague would tell me they could. He came over, looked at it and said that because I didn’t bring it in the last time, he didn’t see it but it’s too big to remove. There was also some other colour from some tailor’s chalk which they said can’t be removed, which I thought was strange for them to say since it’s only tailor’s chalk. I was disappointed by the generally the poor and unfriendly service. 1) on the first visit, he wasn’t even listening to me when I said I won’t be able to put the coat in on that day and he kept repeating ‘if you put it in today, you can get it back...’, 2) he shouldn’t have told me watermarks can be removed, then turn around and say they can’t, 3) they were just generally unhelpful and unfriendly.
  
  In the end, I didn’t use Vogue’s services. I took the coat to a different dry cleaners in Central Station which I walked past by chance where I received the most marvelous customer service and most amazing results from the stain removal treatment.
  
  It’s really tiring when you’re trying to get a good service but the staff aren’t even listening or paying attention and are pretending to know things that they don’t. And if I can’t even communicate with the staff, it really puts me off using their services.

  The quality of the cleaning is ok. But, They drive me crazy with their opening hours, because they do not respect them!!!
