Rubbish, murderer, seriously overcharged
Two cats die here.
Trust me, they will say your cats have some heart problem and needa put down few thousands for tests and oxygen. The fact is that they don't know what happened, so it must be heart problem and the test for heart problem is the most expensive one. Few days later you cat will die with no treatment provided at all beside few tests and a bill that scare you to death. My cat was normal on the second day. Should have took her away from those monsters.
What a coincidence that both my cats sent to them got exactly the same diagnosis and die the same way on their hand. First time I believe in you, second time?
Btw, their nurses are so “polite” as well.
I seriously recommend you to try them out if you wanna get rid of your pet.response / report this review -

黑店！the vet spent less than 30 seconds "examing" the dog and just gave us a bill of HKD12,000 - WITH NO PARTICULAR DIANOSIS WHATSOEVER!

三星以上一定係打手, 一星都唔想比, 價錢好貴都算, 醫生求求其其, 姑娘又黑口黑面, 帶狗去睇跟本係死路一條.

Terrible 24hrs service - poor consultation Dr Edmund Wang which gives you a diagnose between a tumour and abscess which can only be tell by surgeon in the morning.
To the management team - just need Google and robot to hospitalise every animal came in , then you can fired your night shift.response / report this review -

診症唔夠全面，摸兩下就做推斷，話我隻狗脊椎無問題，我同醫生講個情況佢又唔聽，本身照xray既姐，但又遊說我叫我比佢幫我隻狗做多幾個test，最後比左八千幾蚊，最後得張xray有用，話'可能'係關節炎，但由頭到尾佢無拎住張x-ray同我解釋過隻狗有乜事
後尾我頂唔順佢地啲無凌兩可，九唔搭八既診斷（總共有三個醫生睇過我隻狗，都唔知佢地之間有無溝通過討論下我隻狗既問題），我拎住x-ray同patient report轉左去另一間診所，另一間診所B摸完同睇過我隻狗X-ray，發現維多利跟本無用心去醫我隻狗，4支不明高密度物體係我狗體內咁明顯都睇唔到（或者選擇唔同我講），我真係對呢間維多利非常失望。多客同忙唔係藉口，唔該比返少少醫德唔好hea睇呀。如非必要，都唔好去呢間診所！response / report this review -

3星以上果d根本就係打手 呢間野根本1星都唔值 姑娘態度惡劣 黑口黑面 完全對小動物冇愛心 醫生幫寵物做test求求其其 如果你打算幫襯呢間診所 你自求多福吧！！！

什麼都話要做test，做了很多又得不出結論，之後話膽管閉失要做手術，不做的話支持不到一星期，但做完後竟然話不是瞻管閉失，開刀的傷口還細菌感染，救不了，建議我讓它打針送它走。我要求取記錄和帶狗隻出院，獸醫冷漠地説＂冇問題，俾埋尾數可以隋時走＂。十天用了三萬多，換來傷心的結果和冷漠的對待，找這間前考慮清楚。

貴就不在話下，啲姑娘好求其，一啲愛心都冇，醫生唔夠專業，只係乜都叫你幫狗狗檢查，幾個朋友都係咁講，差到不得了

不知所謂, 姑娘無禮貌無愛心,
本人狗狗長期需要食藥, 診所通知必須要再做檢查, 否則唔會再配藥, 因工作關係約了一個月後再作檢查,但狗狗藥只夠三星期, 要求再多配一星期藥, 姑娘態度惡劣, 堅持不肯配藥, 還說狗狗如沒有藥而發作也沒有辦法, 診所越開越大, 但態度越黎越差, 希望大家不要受騙response / report this review
