Doubt if I just pay for their high end facilities, or wanna to have a professional medical diagnosis and pet care.

Visited VSH through referral for an emergency with our elderly dog. Without getting too much into the medical condition, I think it may be more helpful to share the experience as an owner and customer. If you are looking for a reference of medical diagnosis treatment experience this won’t be a good review to refer to.
It’s a spacious hospital with high end facilities.
The receptionists were polite and helpful but the medical staff were always replying in a way that made me feel it was scripted and basically passed the responsibility to the doctor, not daring to give definitive responses in case of liability or blame.
The doctor on shift who tended to our admission into ICU was passive aggressive, if not aloof, which was very off putting; when we asked why things were done one way versus another, she replied in a way that I felt was defensive, as if we were challenging her, and said 2-3 times that if things were not done as she had instructed, our dog risked dying within seconds “from their experience”. We perceived it more as a scare tactic than proper bedside manner.
She did nothing to educate us, or empathize with us.
Cost as some had mentioned is very high, but you as a petowner have a right to choose so I won’t critique this aspect.
Facilities and medical specialty aside, they have a lot of room to improve as a service and organization. When you factor in the fees the charge and the supposed high quality care they claim to offer, then you really need to weigh what is important to you in the process of getting vetinary care.response / report this review -

The vet Dr Andy was very professional, explained all the possibilities of what might have happened to my cat and what choice of the treatment could be. And his professional claim me down from over worrying which I am really thankful. Other than very expansive, they’re well experienced and have all the equipment available, if you’re looking for best vets and pets hospital they’re one of the best choices.

They are truely professional with all the best equipments. But after a few visit there (as well as to many other different vets), I think they are more likely a "professionalist" than a doctor or an animal lover. Perhaps I am expecting a bit too much but I do feel a lack of a human touch there.
