Usually a lot quieter than the Singapore Airlines lounge so if you don't mind the long trek to the other end of the airport this is a good choice. They have a decent food selection (usually Western not Asian though) and brighter views than the SQ dungeon. The staff are less friendly here though and the bar is self service.

Starting to get old. Long wait for showers. Did not replace the shampoo and soap mini bottles as the security seals were broken and bottles only half filled.

2017-12-25 Great and spacious, serving turkey and ham on Christmas day, shower doesn't have hair dryer. The amendities are adequate with constant refill and renew dishes. It has open seating with decent couches and group seatings available. It doesn't get as crowded as silver Kris, get to be a nice get away lounge

United usually stinks at lounges, this one is amongst the exceptions. Lots of comfortable seating, a wonderful variety of food as well as drinks (alcohol, non-alcoholic). Charging stations are liberally sprinkled around, and the lounge has great views. They also have showers.

This lounge was once nice, but time hasn't been fair to it. Food is poor and the showers are in disarray. United, time to clean up.

In A Nutshell:

-Ah lounges a place to temporarily escape the stresses of travelthis lounge has all the creature comforts.
-Great food options, liquor, sodas, bottled water, soups, salads and showers.
-Free Wi-Fi as usual.
-If you decide to use the shower or borrow a power adapter all you need to do is provide your boarding to the nice attendants at the front desk.

Overall, this wasnt the best lounge I've frequented but, if you need a place to relax and clean up before your departure stop at this United Lounge.

Nice clean lounge with friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately the food is not good - with it to leave the lounge for general airport fare.

Really nice lounge. Supposedly the nicest Unite has. It's pretty big with lots of seating and several food, snack and beverage locations. The lounge attendents are super nice. Showers are cleaned after each use which is really nice especially having to stay overnight at the airport. This is why I love being a Unite rewards member!
