TMD(Ta-Ma-Da), which is a short form of foul language in Chinese, literality meaning to “someone mother’s”. The page which is setup by 2 mothers, we are kid’s mom also we have dogs and cats.
As our short description mentioned - “we sell what we use”, we are very pleasure to introduce all the goods that we used to use, our kids use and our companions use.
What is the advantage to shop with us? We will have detail descriptions to ensure that all the customers can be well-known and understand about the products, also we’ll have clear mention the ingredients of some products. We do really considerate to sensitive-skin customers, who has skin allergic by some specific ingredients or need to avoid the skin-allergic problem can make decision of take it or not after they knew about the ingredients.
Where is the products origin? ALL our products was came directly from US and Tokyo, Japan. Since buyer will travel for latest products and replenish for some products bi-weekly. We guarantee that all of our products will be truly “fresh” and “updated”, if the products which is out of stock, normally we’ll take 10-14 days for replenishment.
Which paying method we do? We are accept money transfer by account. We have HSBC and BOC account, so customers will be always easy to find the bank to finish the payment. We also do Paypal.
How to proceed customers order? After the confirmation of products availability, we request customers FULLY PAID before we trade. After the payment done, please send the picture of bank receipt to us: tmdonlineshop@gmail.com, we will get back to customers as soon as possible for the trading time and trading way.
Anything we can help further? For the products from Japan. We do accept to take order by personal request if customers need to take something very specific, however we do request customers to pay deposit under this kind of situation.
