Stayed for 3 nights as part of a business trip. Not much has changed from before, which is not necessarily a good thing as the hotel is really in need of a few upgrades, particularly in the rooms. Still, you get great value as the rooms are a decent size (for HK standards) and the location is excellent.

The rooms are okay, it is a little small but it's enough if you are there just to spend the night. The only down thing I would say is the beds that are not comfy. It's kind of hard but if it doesn't bother you then it's fine.

Lovely Hotel. Polite Staff. Shopping and Restaurants local. Will stay here again. Guests from London. Stayed after a post cruise. Very happy with the services received.

We stayed here for 4 nights in February. We had money stolen from our safe in the hotel room. We informed management and they looked into it but couldn't find anything. If you stay here, don't keep any valuables in the room or the safe. It's not safe!

The room we stayed in was quite large with plenty of space. There is a gym available, which is equipped enough. There is also a spa that I assume is quite good as well as a nice café. The staff are accommodating with requests and we can even leave our luggage after checkout for a couple of hours.

It's a nice hotel with great location and generally helpful staff. The amenities were dated but cleanish. A lot of the other guests were (from what I can smell) heavy smokers so cigarette breathe lingers in the lobby and the guest room corridors. They also really need to put in more power outlets in the rooms. Housekeeping ignores the 'do not disturb' sign.

Just enough to make you feel good on business. Restaurants close by. Located in the shopping mecca of Hong Kong. All things within walking distance, mtr, cabs, buses

Had to cancel the booking due to a cancelled flight. The hotel didn't accept to just move the booking one day forward and charged me 100% for the stay. DON'T STAY HERE! There are plenty of hotels in Hong Kong so why take the chance? They clearly showed me their level of being a nice host.

So close to everything. Less then a couple of minutes by foot to a 24 hour mini mart, a launderette, Nathan road and the MRT, Star ferry etc. Rooms are clean , afternoon tea is also nice. If you want to be right in the middle of it, this is a reasonable priced hotel. Also coach from airport drops you right outside hotel.

A colleague and I stayed at the Kimberley in September 2017. The hotel was traditional and possibly in need of updating but all staff were delightfully efficient and polite. The rooms were basic and could have done with more sockets and a wider choice of English speaking TV channels. Clean and comfortable as well as centrally located in Kowloon it is fine for a short business trip. For longer business trips something more contemporary perhaps.

The facade looks old including the escalator but the room amenities is more than adquate although wifi in room needs an upgrade in signal strength

Stayed here a few nights. Had a drink in the bar area. Ate at the Chinese restaurant. Seemed like a popular place to stay for tour groups. Maybe because of the price offered to them. Very convenient to everywhere for shopping and places to eat are lined up along this street.

Had a free upgrade to a more upscale room. Though the hotel is pretty old its still pretty decent to stay in. Its a small room for what Americans are used to, but compared to what other hotels are its big enough. A double bed room has two twin size beds and a small TV. They give you new towels and change your sheets daily.
