  24/7 vet, Awesome nurses and doctors who took really good care of my dogs when they were puppies who had distemper.

  One of my worst experience visiting veterinary hospital. Expensive, bad attitude( both the vet & nurse) & extremely unprofessional. My dog cut her paw by accident that's why we need to have a night visit. The nurse was rude. Instead of giving her a first aid, they decided to ask a ton of irrelevant questions like how's her appetize. She was bleeding all over the table & super terrified but they didn't give a bandage until I asked 3 times. They took 30 mins to do the bandage(Acorn only used 2mins on the next day) and it was even well made. The only useful advice I got from this vet is going to Acorn on the next day!

  Very clean and hygienic environment, no smell at all, if u have enough money this would be a really good choice of clinic/hospital for your beloved pets.

  My worst vet visit experience ever. No one is friendly there, especially Receptionist/nurse Raven Wong has the worst attitude ever, either on the phone or when she see u in person, she behaves like she hate everyone/her job. Not to mention the price, it's such a rip off. $1400 HKD for bandaging my cat for her tiny little cut.
