We are a Swedish family with 3 young children living in Hong Kong since a number of years. The air quality in Hong Kong is a major concern for all of us, and we have had air purifiers in our house ever since I found out I was pregnant. The drawbacks with the existing ones that really do the job is that they are often bulky, noisy and ugly white goods and they most often have expensive filters that need frequent changing given Hong Kong conditions.

That's why we were so excited to find the Swedish air purifier LightAir's IonFlow 50. While beautifully designed and energy efficient, it does not compromise on performance, especially on those smallest, most dangerous particles. For us, we love the fact that it's silent but above all, that it does not have filters that need replacing. You can see the dust and dirt accumulating yourself, and just wash it off every once in a while.
